Biography
After clerking for the Hon. L. Baxter during the infamous Neulander trial, Mr. Hoffner went to work for the Alessi firm. He tried some cases and learned quite a bit about practicing and civil work, but in the end was bored. Mr. Hoffner wanted jury trials.
Founding his own practice in 2007, Mr. Hoffner was off and running. Trying multiple cases in Camden, Atlantic, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties Mr. Hoffner achieved NOT GUILTY verdicts in a large number of them. Some highlights

With a changing family circumstance, Mr. Hoffner took a job and set out to be the best public defender in the State. Trying 31 over 4 ½ years on the “rocket docket” in Camden, Mr. Hoffner scored 11 NOT GUILTY verdicts as a public defender. All told, Mr. Hoffner has over 70 criminal jury trials.
